Decide on Referral Pathway

You may choose to self-refer and access sessions immediately or to supply a mental health care plan (MHCP) from your GP to receive the Medicare rebate. 

Alternative pathways are also available - see our referral page for more information.

Book Sessions

Arrange suitable session times and receive your personalized link for sessions moving forward. 

You will receive your Medicare rebate 24-48 hours after your session if referred with a MHCP.
