You may choose to self-refer and access sessions immediately or to supply a mental health care plan (MHCP) from your GP to receive the Medicare rebate.

Book Sessions
Arrange suitable session times and receive your personalized link for sessions moving forward.
You will receive your Medicare rebate 24-48 hours after your session if referred with a MHCP.
